Yesterday it slightly snowed in Kyoto. This is the Kamogawa River looking towards Ohara from the Oike dori bridge. The Kamo River is located in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Naoya Shiga was a Japanese novelist and short story writer active during the Taishō and Showa periods of Japan. Shiga was born in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi prefecture.
